In the aftermath of the Allen Premium Outlets tragedy of May 6th 2023, many in our community-students, parents, frontline workers, and staff-found themselves navigating invisible grief, anxiety, and emotional fatigue. The phrase “I’m fine” echoed through classrooms, break rooms, and family texts. But behind it were very real signs of trauma, burnout, and disconnection.
This campaign was built to acknowledge that silence. To create space for honesty. And to remind our community that there is no shame in struggle, and no weakness in asking for help.
The Center for Healing remains a place where anyone affected by trauma-directly or indirectly-can seek support in a way that is accessible, confidential, and person-centered.
If you’re not fine, that’s okay. You are not alone.
